If complaints are related to a particular service that is being abused, it will be removed from this relay's exit policy, which would prevent this relay from allowing traffic to that particular service to exit through this Relay. This can only be done on an IP+destination port basis.
You also have the option of blocking this IP address and others on the ANyONe Network if you so desire.
